Most coaching programs are client based and not based on a set curriculum or training.
The 360 Coaching program
The 360 Coaching program lasts 12 weeks and is conducted over by phone, Zoom or Skype calls.
After each session you will receive a worksheet that helps you take the concepts you learned to a deeper level. You will also have access to frameworks and tools you can put to use immediately.
After each session you will also receive a copy of my notes to highlight major insights, accomplishments, and commitments from that session.
Sessions are an hour long and cover one topic form the 360 Coaching curriculum as well as regular coaching.
The built-in curriculum ensures that over the course of 12 weeks, you gain clarity about the mindsets you have you reach higher levels potential in your life.
Whether you want to improve your leadership skills or simply want to get more out of life, 360 Coaching will be like a GPS guiding you on that journey.

Pre-Program
To help you get a flying start to your coaching program, before your first week you will receive and email with activities to help you look at where you stand in major areas of life. This will put you in a frame of mind to make the most out of every single week of the 360 Coaching program.
Week 1. Mindset
Research shows that having the right mindset is key to success in any area of life. To start of the coaching, you will discover which beliefs and habits have held you back, and which mindsets make the difference between those who succeed and those who fail.
Week 2. Clarity
This week is all about getting clarity about who you are, what you would like your future to look like, what you are passionate about, and also learn how to overcome the fog that sometimes keeps us from seeing the path ahead and reaching our goals.
Week 3. Taking Charge
This week you will fully understand that taking charge, living with responsibility and accountability, is not something you do, it’s a way of thinking and being. Everything changes when you truly understand that success or failure is up to you. Being accountable is giving yourself the permission to succeed and to be the best version of yourself.
Week 4. Courage/Confidence
You will learn that courage is like a skill. This week you will grow in courage and confidence. We will introduce you to some tools that will make it easier for you to courageously face your fears and challenges, move bravely towards you goals and be more positive and purposeful in all areas of your life.
Week 5. Motivation
Motivation is one of the most important factors that determine success in reaching our goals. The goal this week is to determine what personally motivates you, and give you some powerful exercises to help you create motivation when needed so you can sustain your personal growth.
Week 6. Dreams and Goals
You will learn how to make your dreams so big you have to grow into them, and your goals so small your can reach them. There are so many misunderstandings about dreams and goals. The purpose of this weeks session is to help you understanding these two principles and changes the way you plan and reach your future.
Week 7. Action/Getting Things Done
This session we are doing to look at your work habits and how you take action, how you get things done. The goal is to help you work more efficiently towards reaching your goals, and how to minimize distractions that hold you back.
Week 8. Energy
The goal this week is to discover ways to have the drive and energy needed to live life to the full every day. We will look at how to build and maintain the physical energy and stamina needed to achieve your dreams and goals, and the mental energy needed stay the course, even when the going gets tough.
Week 9. Habits
At least 30% of what we do every day is a result of habit. This week you will learn what habits really are and how to take control of your life by getting access to some simple but very powerful tools to help you create new habits in every area of your life.
Week 10. Grit
Having grit means you don’t give up, you work hard and do what you have to in order to succeed. This week you will learn to anticipate problems and learn about tools and techniques to have more mental toughness, determination and self-discipline.
Week 11. Leadership/Influence
In this session you will learn how to inspire and move the people in your circle of influence towards their goals. You will learn new concepts that will raise your level of influence and get access to some tools to help you be a more efficient leader. Target areas in your life you can improve your leadership skills.
Week 12. Communication
The goal this week is to understand how to build communication skills that support your goals. You will get access to tools that will help you connect with and audience and get your message across effectively and confidently in different settings, one on one, in groups and on stage.
Post-Program
After the program you will receive a certificate of completion and an inspiring compilation of the insights, accomplishments, and commitments you made during the 12 week program.
