The 360 Coaching program
The built-in curriculum ensures that over the course of 12 weeks, you gain clarity about the mindsets you have you reach higher levels potential in your life.
The 360 Coaching program awakens your intrinsic motivation and helps you explore ways you can reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life.
The activities take you step by step go beyond your comfort zone, do things you are not good at, make mistakes and learn how to fix them.
The 360 Coaching program lasts 12 weeks and is conducted over by phone, Zoom or Skype calls.
After each session you will receive a worksheet that helps you take the concepts you learned to a deeper level. You will also have access to frameworks and tools you can put to use immediately.
After each session you will also receive a copy of my notes from to highlight major insights, accomplishments, and commitments from that session.
Sessions are an hour long and cover one topic form the 360 Coaching curriculum as well as regular coaching.
Week 1. Clarity
The first week is about finding clarity about your present situation and what you would like your future to look like. We will assess main areas of your life, including health, career, finances and relationships.
Week 2. Mindset
Research shows that having the right mindset is key to success in any area of life. You will discover which beliefs and habits have held you back, and strengthen the ones help you perform at your highest level.

Week 4. Courage/Confidence
You will learn that courage is like a skill. This week you will grow in courage and confidence. We will introduce you to some tools that will make it easier for you to courageously face your fears and challenges, move bravely towards you goals and be more positive and purposeful in all areas of your life.
Week 5. Motivation
Motivation is one of the most important factors that determine success in reaching our goals. The goal this week is to determine what personally motivates you, and give you some powerful exercises to help you create motivation when needed so you can sustain your personal growth.
Week 6. Dreams and Goals
Without goals we don’t reach them.
Week 7. Action/Getting things done
This session we are doing to look at your work habits and how you take action, how you get things done. The goal is to help you work more efficiently towards reaching your goals, and how to minimize distractions that hold you back.
Week 8. Energy
The goal this week is to discover ways to have the drive and energy needed to live life to the full every day. We will look at how to build and maintain the physical energy and stamina needed to achieve your dreams and goals, and the mental energy needed stay the course, even when the going gets tough.

Leadership is the ability to inspire and move the people in our circle of influence towards their goals.
In this session you will gain a better understanding of what makes you more influential, in your career and in your relationships. You will learn new concepts that will raise your level of influence and get access to some tools to help you be a more efficient leader. Target areas in your life you can improve your leadership skills.
Week 12. Communication
We are always communicating. But what are we saying? Is the right message getting through? Are we connecting with the listeners?
The goal this week is to understand build communication styles that support your goals. You will get access to tools that will help you communicate and connect in different settings, one on one, in groups and on stage.
